Code of Business Conduct

Steencore Group’s Code of Business Conduct defines the core ethical and compliance standards applicable to the Company and all subsidiaries and affiliates. It provides guiding principles for responsible decision-making, professional integrity, and lawful conduct across all operations.

The Code applies to directors, officers, employees, consultants, contractors, and, where appropriate, agents and representatives acting on behalf of Steencore. All covered persons are expected to act with integrity and avoid both improper conduct and the appearance of impropriety.

The Code forms part of Steencore’s broader governance framework and supports the compliance expectations of institutional banks, insurers, counterparties, and regulators.

Human Trafficking
