Steencore recognises that respect for human rights is fundamental to responsible global trade. We are committed to safeguarding the rights of our employees, contractors, business partners, customers, and the communities in which we operate. Given the breadth of our international supply chains, we acknowledge that modern slavery risks—including forced labour, child labour, debt bondage, human trafficking, wage exploitation, and discriminatory employment practices—may arise in certain jurisdictions.
Modern slavery risk management is embedded within our governance framework and anchored in our Code of Conduct and Integrity and Human Rights Policy. These establish mandatory standards for ethical conduct, supplier due diligence, and risk identification across our value chain. All suppliers are required to provide formal anti-slavery declarations and contractually commit to compliance.
