Anti-Bribery & Corruption
Steencore Group maintains a strict zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. Integrity, transparency, and lawful conduct are fundamental to the Company’s commercial model and risk governance framework.
Steencore complies with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption (ABC) legislation in the jurisdictions in which it operates and conducts its activities in line with recognised international standards, including the principles of the United Nations Global Compact. The Company prohibits the offering, giving, soliciting, or accepting of bribes or improper advantages in any form, whether direct or indirect.
The policy is supported by risk-based due diligence on counterparties, controls over gifts and hospitality, conflict-of-interest management, contractual safeguards, and internal reporting and escalation mechanisms. Enhanced scrutiny is applied in higher-risk jurisdictions and transactions.
This framework is designed to meet the expectations of banks, insurers, regulators, and institutional counterparties.
Further detail is set out in the full Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy (see linked document).
